Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He has worked on insolvency and restructuring matters for many years. He works as an official receiver in insolvency proceedings and advises entrepreneurs facing financial difficulties in order to develop optimal solutions tailored to their needs. He also advised on restructuring processes that successfully ended with agreements for several dozen million zlotys.

As part of his practice, he provided support for both creditors and debtors, providing advice, drafting legal opinions and representing them in court.

Through years of experience in insolvency and restructuring law, he has interacted with dozens of entities in a difficult financial situation, providing him with a thorough understanding of his Clients’ dilemmas and difficulties.
